Default Help w Rims not clearing stock IS350 brake caliper / and therefore offset issue.

I just test fitted a set of SSR wheels that im getting a very good deal on.

problems:
fronts are low disc wheels. and dont clear the stock IS350 brake caliper
Front specs : 19x9.5 +30

We tried fitting a 10mm spacer, and it barely clears (0.1mm approx), the shop said once u get extended lugs and u tighten the wheel to the hub, theyll rub (assumption, but it makes sense). If i install extended lug nuts and the wheels do clear the brakes on a 10mm spacer, then ill go that route for SURE. however lets assume they do not for now:
My options are:

A. shave down brake calipers to max 1mm (not happy w this solution, unless someone states otherwise)
B. Buy 15inch spacers from ichiban cause H&R dont make 15mm spacers w bolts built in.
C. Buy H&R 15mm spacers + extended lug bolts (stress on longer oem bolts is a concern)
D. Downgrade to IS250 brakes (junkyard)
E. Upgrade to IS-F brakes (those will cause the wheel to extend by 5mm from the fender) and will be very expensive. Best option, but least favorite cause of the price

The car is not slammed, its lowered on BC coil w 1-2 finger gap. I dont really want to run Camber arms
15mm spacers will give me an offset of +15 in the front, which is kinda scary cause everyone here under +20 offset is using camber arms, plus id have to shave the fender tab and re-roll my fenders and pull them out even more.

Any help, solutions and or thoughts would be incredibly useful

Ouch, 19x9.5 +30 on the front? That is way too aggressive for the IS.

I would definitely not shave the caliper. Only viable solution I would choose is B or C.

is it really? People are running alot more aggressive wheels on their cars. Yea C might b the best option, then id be at +15 offset and that is aggressive (for me)

I ran 19x9.5+16 225/35 it's a must to mod the fender up front but it is aggressive setup. I didn't run camber kit just natural camber from the drop.

I had the fenders rolled and the fender tab hammer upwards out of the way. Would i need to completely remove it? At 0 finger gap i was being pulled over constantly by the police (Dubai) and so i had to raise the car to 1 finger gap, now at that height would i still need to do more fender mods?

Depends on your tire size. But here what I did roll the front fender with slit pull, cut a fender Linear A little since it won't be attach to the fender anymore, bend the tab that that stick out where every one ribs, and relocate the bumper tab is a must. Search and you find threads on bumper tab relocate. I was still just above my tires. Any lower be hit hard on dips. Stiffer spring help too.

if you dont mind me asking, did you purchase the varrstoen ES 2 ? If so i had the same exact issue. I ended up with a 10MM project kics spacer and it cleared the front brakes just fine. didnt need extended lugs but thats due to the type of spacers i bought.

i got rid of those wheels.

lol that's not that aggressive, I am running 19x9.5 +12 in the front and there are people who are running much lower offset then I. Use spacers to clear your calipers.

Yea i guess might as trim down that metal piece (bumper tab), currently i rub on dips only, nothing too bad, but its still there, i guess going wider wont make too much of a diff, except now it sitting directly above my tire and not on the side. since ive decided 15mm spacer to make this work, illl just go ahead an do the relocation prior to wheel install

No i found a sick deal on a set of SSR agle premiums anniversary models that insanely rare and were available locally(this never ever happens). Shipping rims here is a huge pain, and these are some sweet sweet rims. Im gonna order a set of 15mm project kics spacers, 10mm barely give me 0.1mm clearance. So better off hacking away at fender parts than anything else.

I know right? but i guess i know what he means, anything that requires u too roll, pull, cut away at ur fender to make fit would be considered "aggressive" . Yup 15mm spacers required to clear the front, i guess no two ways about it.
