iJDMtoy sells those resistors they come with the 9005 DRLs led replacement they sell it tells the car its using the right voltage to the lights, if the car senses bulbs that dont take much power such as leds it will throw a code... Ddmtuning.com sells them as well I prefer the ones from iJDMtoy those are the ones i have and you can hide them in the headlight housing as well just shove them down the empty space in the headlights

An update. So I drove it around maybe a few miles then decided to check under the hood. I'm really have no car knowledge so bare with me. I noticed something was not plugged in I think it lead to the air filter or my friend said it was a vacuum something. I plugged it back in and the car worked fine for a couple days and all the power was there when I punched it. Then I started it up again this morning and it did it again. It's starting on the first try but it seems like it has no power after 3000 rpm. It doesn't idle rough or anything and make any suspicious noises. In fact I don't even hear the engine. Until I try to punch it then it makes a loud pitch noise and has no power. Other than that if I accelerate slow it has power and it still shifts smoothly and has a smooth idle. Maybe something related to what wasn't plugged in is malfunctioning??

Did it go into your intake plastic tube? Right under the engine cover?
