Yeah I just blip the throttle, I'm more used to doing that (did it all the time in my mustang in the past). Isn't hitting the rev limiter bad for the car though? I've heard people bounce of it a lot when they're drifting

Definitely talk to CL member Jeff Lange if you have questions on that swap.
Thanks I will definitely message him.

what do you mean show the gears on the gauges? Whenever you put it into the "shift" mode the gear will show you right in the middle of the gauge. Correct me if I'm wrong, but the paddle shifters only come into play when in this mode?

You have to press the DISP button on the steering wheel, it's the last option on the LCD screen before it goes back to showing the outside temperature.

I don't always hit the limiter. But, when I do, I 4 wheel drift

lol all kidding aside, I don't let the needle hit the limiter. When I used the manual mode for gear limiting, It's because I don't want it to upshift into a higher gear when it's not needed. For example, I used it a lot at the Tail of the Dragon. There were a few straights and I didn't want the car to go into 4th or higher when I let off the throttle so I left the shifter in 3rd. In the hairpins, I shifted down to 1 and back up to 2 or 3 so I'm always in the meat of my powerband.

Yeah same here, I do the same on highway 9, we got about 2-3 hairpins and a bunch of 90 degree angle turns so I always keep the car in its power band.

IMHO it's pointless to get a LSD on an AUTO IS250.....

I can see why you said that but I seriously can't make my back end kick out on wet ground and maintain it with an open diff
