Here's my girl friends 2007 IS 250 she just bought off her sister. Currently has 83k miles on it, that car is almost flawless for the miles. Picture below.

Thanks guys. The wheels are Moda's. Only issue is they don't have the air pressure sensors so the "check system" light stays on which drives me nuts. I also don't feel like dishing out $150 for sensors and have them put back on next spring when the summer wheels go on. For what I've read in the manual, I can't shut the message off, but is there actually a way? I haven't done a search on the forum yet, so forgive me if this has been covered.

Welcome o CL. One thing you can do is have the spare tire removed and put all the sensors inside the tire and inflate. Another is the infamous Pipe Bomb. Here's the linkhttps://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-second-generation/328044-diy-tpms-canister-pipe-bomb.html

our cars has the ability to register two sets of wheels to be programmed with the sensors. i have original set of wheels and aftermarket set, so it works fine. 150 bucks isnt a big deal. people sell sets on here for 100. check the member classifieds.

congrats for your girl!

Thanks for the advice guys, the car is fun to drive. Wish it had a little more power, it's not all that fast, but it handles well. Took it through some curvy mountain roads over the weekend and was impressed. The steering is very responsive. The whole electronic PS and throttle makes me nervous, but hope there will be no issues.
