Thanks for update, great ending. It's always good to fight with those companies.They just try hoping the people would give up and most of them do.

What dealer in Florida was it? If you say Lexus of North Miami it will not surprise me.

Get yours hands on the paperwork and list out all that they replaced; sounds like a bad steering ecu perhaps.

It was in NE Florida, rather not say since they did end up taking care of me. According to the work order, the only 2 things on the list were a "link assembly, electric" and a "power steering gear assembly". I must say, wow, my car steers and drives beautifully with absolutely NO play in there steering (not that there was much before, but 100k miles will wear down the steering/suspension).
