Well I kind of have to disagree with some of you.. A loaner is a right when it comes to the dealer because it is included in the price of the service. An oil change at a Toyota dealer is about 40 bucks give or take as the Lexus dealer is at least 60 or 70. Ask your advisor, the price includes loaners, if you don't take advantage of it you might as well take it to Toyota and save yourself a few dollars. In my opinion you should pay for your own gas, maybe thats just me. I dont personally use toll roads so I don't pay for those as it is but the gas I use, i do replace.

I believe the official loaner rule is if a car is going to be in for work overnight, a loaner has to be provided. Anything under that timeframe and it's up to the individual dealer.

The price of oil changes is more encompassing. It may be inflated to pay for things like loaners, but it also pays for fancy coffee, muffins, leather-lined lounges, computer usage, and professional service you don't get at Toyota.
