Default Problems after lowering

Hey guys I have a 2011 is250 lowered with megan. for about a week the front wheels have been rubbing up against the wheel well liner but only under hard corners or bumps. Before I could raise the car and cut some of the wheel well liner, the tires has eaten through them. I was kinda happy since I dont have to cut the liner anymore but a new problem has come up. Behind the liner there is a metal bracket that the bumper clip is held to. Idk what to do with it. What have you guys done? any solutions?

Thanks for the help.

so cutting that metal piece off wont damage or mess with the bumper too much as long as i find a different way to screw the bumper in? Also where and what exactly did you screw the bumper too?

Ones u cut or bend the hanger out of the way, there's still plenty of space to screw the bumper!

Here is one example of the fender tab mod. Some use zip ties. https://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-...r-tab-mod.html

This is the only thing holding it now. I even had zip tip before that, but when I slammed it more, everything ripped off. There was no way to escape this.

I wished I could have gone this route though:
