What is needed to fix this body damage?

That's an easy fix. I had a VERY similar damage due to coming through a tight parking lot gate and a thick piece of iron jotting out from the gate did the damage.
I had the damage plastic welded (think that was what it was called) and resprayed at a body shop. Mine was actually worse because the bottom panel with the long scrape mine was actually dented to the point where you could kind of see through it so it was kind of torn. It cost me around $95 bear in mind I am in another country though. Most of the time when i'm here and read what you guys pay for some minor repairs I am in awe. It was repaired so well you could never tell it was damaged in the first place.
As others have said its a fairly simple repair

Op if you were to go this route it's just hiding the damage. Your gonna know its still there under the plasti dip. Personally for me, that'd bug the hell outta me.
And even of were just to go this route, just vinyl wrap it's only a couple hundred more.
