Whats going on!

Quick question for you Lexus experts. There is this 2010 350 that has nav, the black/white interior that i looooove, and it SMG with 27k miles! The price tag is 35k with (Im sure i can knock that down).

My question is should I wait until the 2013's come out and then hope to find a deal on a 2012 so I can have the led lights or go ahead and get the 2010. Is there anybody who hates not having the LEds?

Are the LED headlights the only thing you like better about the 2012? Because you can buy those separate and put it on the 2010 and maybe save you money

If the headlights are the only thing you like more, then i suggest you buy the 2010 now so you can enjoy the car now and save money by installing the 2012 headlights yourself.

Yes you would be correct. That is the only thing.. But if they cost $2100 from swell plus the time and effort to put them in would that equal out to the same price of a 2011?

You could probably catch a set for around 1200-1400 on here. The real question is can you wait more 1 year?

sewell has already had 2 sales on their headlights. I'm sure they will have another by xmas time. I got mine during their special off another member though that picked up a spare set. If you need to save money then you might as well pick up a 2010 and wait for the sale again or if you're lucky some member will part off theirs. If money isn't an issue then just pick up a 2012, the newer the better right? If time isn't an issue then wait for the 2013. Theres a thread somewhere on here that was posted not too long ago with all the specs on it.

I would go for the 2010. Like everyone says, just keep an eye out for used 2012 headlights, they will pop up. Installing them shouldn't be too much of a hassle either. I think I saw a set here go for around $1050 recently.

Thanks for the replies. I guess i will pull the trigger on the 2010. plus I dont know if i could wait another year. One last question. What would be a fair offer? Kbb suggest 34.8k. I'm thinking more around the 32 mark. Correct?

What other options does it have? Sport/Luxury package? Mark Levinson? Shop around for similar vehicles and compare pricing, usually you can use that to your advantage if there are a lot of listings for a similar car in a similar price range.
