Where in PHX area to get my Lexus serviced?
My IS250 is coming up for 20k service and want to get it serviced by Lexus.
I live in Cave Creek, north of Scottsdale.
My 2 closest dealers are Bell and Earnhart, neither of them get great reviews.
Chandler seems to be the best review wise, but its 40miles away!
Any suggestions. I'm coming from Bellevue WA Lexus, where they were amazing, the pursuit of perfection was realized as far as I was concerned!!

I go to Scottsdale Lexus (now Earnhart Lexus?) a few times (for 2 oil changes and 2 warranty work), and they were good. My service adviser is someone name Mike. I didn't have any extraordinary issues, so not sure how they handle. Make sure you ask how much every work is going to cost to see if it's reasonable.

Go to Robert La France @ Chandler Lexus. By FAR the best Lexus service team in the valley. Granted I live in Chandler but I drive 30+ miles to take my wifes jeep to a particular dealer too. Totally worth it IMO.

Tx myis350, put in on the local forum. Tx also to the others that chimed in, looks like its Superstition Lex. We have friends over there, so I can go visit them and drop it off.

Just got my IS350, pre-owned. The previous owner had it serviced regularly at Bell, they are the closest to me-- I live by the TPC Golf Course in N. Scottsdale. I was there today and made an appointment to look at an issue I'm having with the "Start" button. I'm a roughly 30 miles away from Superstition Springs & Chandler. That being said I don't want to get ripped off by Bell. Anyone have any specifics on why I should stay away from Bell. Any feedback is appreciated.
