Lexus does not sell those clips separately, you have to buy the whole vent.

Unfortunately yes, or find a used one with good clips, or something along those lines.

Damn I hate it when it ends up being like that, a part breaks and you have to buy a whole unit used or buy the whole unit brand new -_-
