The dealership was aware and confirmed that my light had the bubbling issue and were going to replace my lights once the TSB was available. As per the TSB, they acutally have to see that there is bubbling because the orignial lights will get returned back to Lexus as proof.
I had 3M venture sheild on the lights on the old lamp but the shop where I got the film done said I can just get another one done on the new ones.

I scheduled an appointment for next week but I'm thinking of calling back and cancelling it. I have this feeling they are not going to do it because it's barely bubbling and the on top of that, the dealership is so far away from me. It'd be nice to get these brighter LED 2012 headlights! I might wait my next oil change to have them look at it at the same time to save a trip.
Hopefully it won't cost too much for the shop to put 3M just on my headlights. I more annoyed at the fact I have to make an appointment for it.

Hmm, my dealer here in NJ ordered the lights without looking at them (to my knowledge).
I couldn't imagine that "any" bubbling of a flat surface would be in an acceptable range. Hopefully when you do go back they'll approve the TSB
