Haha I actually may retrofit them and sell. Just not sure how much people would be willing to pay or if it's worth all the work. Thanks again for the headlights! I'll Give you a positive rating

I've never heard of any overheating issues with HID retrofits. Seeing that most HID retrofits use OEM equipment from other vehicles, I can't see how it would be an issue.
Leaking and condensation is an issue, however. But as long as you are careful about moisture and seal up the headlights properly after the retrofit, there shouldn't be any condensation in the housing.

The d2s plugs are literally flush with the back of the headlight. I dremeled a hole in the back and made a little cover with weather stripping and a hinge. Also just washed my car so we shall see. I'm confident tho.

Yeah I wrote the quick write up on my iPhone so I didn't feel like going too much in depth. With the bulbs installed I had maybe 5-7mm clearance to fit my plug in the back of the bulb. Wasn't happening haha.
