I am gonna have to play devils advocate here and say GFX rear and side. The front sway bar only accounts for 6% stiffness, while the rear is already giving you the most change you will feel.

You also said you don't like the GFX front and I agree. If you plan on getting any lip it WILL look funny if you have a front lip and a rear but no sides. I was in that predicament once. The GFX sides can be appreciated in person.

GL

EDIT: saw your reference to the price of the sides, too much.. Get something else.

^ it improves handling.

i would personally get the sway bars if you are not getting the front, it will look weird with the rear and sides GFX w/o the front lip.

Unless one is going to track the car, the difference is can be neglectble for your general driving purposes.

Yes, sway bar reduces body roll. IMO - it makes a big difference.

He already has the rear sway. IMO the front sway bar is a waste of money.

Well .... at least on the 250 - the front does make a big difference. Even if you have a 350, why not? Lexus designed the sways to be used as a pair...

True. I did forget that on the 250 it is a huge difference. As GiantsFan said, if you have a 250 the sway is worth it.

I have a 350 and the 250/350 shared the same suspensions. The 6% information you guys got was a typo I think. Last time I checked lexus updated the front to 66% or 44% stiffer than oem front sway.

Here are the numbers from Lexus.com/performance, depending on the car.

IS250: 46.6% front, 6.3% rear
IS250 AWD: 65% front, 188% rear
IS350: 42.8% front, 151.5% rear
IS350 AWD: ???? (not listed!!)

^^ still correct, no typo. And the 350 and 250 do not share all suspension components, the 350's shocks are Tokico.

Edit: nice, the front sway is definitely worth it for the 350, might just have to get one then.

^
If X-Package suspension/Sport suspension on the 250/350, then both uses the same Tokico except for the front springs for 250/350 respectfully.
