They have the power folding mirror option here in Germany as well. And the auto window up option. I took my AWD to the dealer here and the auto up option can't be programmed into the ECU.
As for the part numbers. If nobody can get them by the time I make my next trip to the dealership, then I can have the service rep look them up.

Our parking spaces are generous enough that Lexus didn't think it was a necessary option. I lived in Singapore, where parking spaces are really tiny and shopping mall has 6 or 7 story parking lot, and I think every car, even my wife's lowly 1.4 L engine Nissan March had the folding mirrors.

This must be a custom job, I can only access the folding windows by a button inside the car.

Still not sure if this is the actual part, I need someone to confirm. I found the same parts in Sewell the other day, this makes me think it's not the right part.
