I'd say the regular advice applies. You'd need to post more on it, features, etc. Check Carfax and Autocheck? Check for all the common issues listed in the Buyer's Guide?

On the surface though, that doesn't sound too bad, though I'd be looking to pay that price for CPO, since it's now out of factory warranty.

Sounds like a common uninformed consumer mistake. Lexus as a brand is great your personal opinion was heard and noted but stop crying about it.

Depending on the vehicle's condition I would say you may be able to find a earlier model with a bit lower mileage for close to the price and maybe even CPO. Have you gone to see it in person?
