Yep, they bought Nippondenso in the mid 90's and shortened the name.
Tidbit: You know those "QR code" square barcodes that you scan with your mobile phone camera that take you to a website to get additional information, and seem to be showing up everwhere these days? They were invented by Denso as a way to track auto parts.

The question he asked was if anyone had experience with non-OEM plugs, specifically Autolite plugs. Not sure why everyone is getting on the OP's case for asking a legitimate question. That being said, I don't think it's wise to go with anything other than the OEM plugs because they are designed specifically for this engine, come pre-gapped, and you won't have to worry about additional issues. I can tell you from experience that getting non-OEM plugs is a bad idea. I did the same on my previous car and within a month my car stopped running entirely. Cost me $250 to repair it (mostly diagnostics). The engine wasn't burning up all the fuel because the non-platinum spark plugs my other mechanic put in weren't designed for that engine. My car was flooding itself over time. Saving $42 up front could cost you a lot more in the long run.
Is there any differences when we talking about mechanical issues? Keep mention "Lexus" is only senseless. BTW,Toyota make a lot of money off Lexus brand.
I use Autolite iridium plugs which work fine, feel no different and it still keep going( 4 years now). I used Champion, Autolite,Bosch on my former Toyota,Honda, all work fine. I have a lot of OEM-must stories... It's too much ,maybe next time.
Hey, that's why our debt always not pay-off. We don't spend our money wisely.

Mong,
It's a $42 difference. If there's no difference in quality, why in the world would you pay $42 more? That would be called a ripoff. It's the same reason why you would pay only $20 for an oil change rather than $60 at Lexus.
That is why I am trying to gather information about the quality of the spark plugs.
Feel free to waste your money, but I enjoy saving mine.

OP if you think $42 is a lot of money for an internal part that you have to replace every 60K then go trade your car in and buy a honda. (BTW: Even if I had a honda, I would still stick with OEM parts)
For the sake of your car, I hope you dont go cheap at the gas station as well
