oil filter OEM vs aftermarket
i always chose OEM oil filter for my is250. Recently I heard from a friend that aftermarket filter could have a much better quality. Is that true?
some recommendations? I found some aftermarket filter costs $20. Any suggestion is appreciated.

THIS is why you should ALWAYS use the Toyota brand Oil Filters.... The other ones dont quite fit right and they bunch up leaving gaps, and plugs... If you research the web you will find this to be true.... and I believe there is a video on You Tube of a Lexus mechanic showing you the same thing.... Through Sewell Lexus they are like 5 bucks each... I usually order 2 or 3 at a time....
This is a Wix I thought it would be good... Not so much
OK So I went and found it... Im just looking out for ya all-
