Since it has been hot the past few days, I have been using my A/C. I noticed when I turn it on (not using auto) by selecting "climate", then choosing "Hi" or "M" that the air flow varies at times. When I come to a stop, the air flow increases for about a second, then returns to its original level. This also happens when I accelerate from a stop. Has anyone else noticed this?? Is it supposed to do this?

mine does the same. i have noticed significant changes in air flow while the screen setting doesnt move.

My 2006 has done this on occasion. I would imagine that this is not supposed to happen when the climate controls are set to a manual fan speed (non-auto) setting.

I've noticed this as well. I had assumed that it was the a/c system transitioning between recirculate and outside cabin air (or whatever you want to call it). I've noticed that the air flow changes when you manually change between the two, and I found somewhere in small print in the owner's manual that certain option level models will alternate between recirculate and outside air even when you have manually placed the system in one or the other. Something about smog detection...I can't remember what it said specifically.

This of course still may not explain the air flow changing upon coming to a stop, etc., but it may be something for you to look in to.
