Hi, I wonder if anyone has changed the light bulb for the front side marker -- the orange stripe in the headlight? Is a front bumper removal required in order to access the bulb?

Did a search on this topic but somehow I couldn't get a definite answer.

yes you need to drop the front bumper cover to access that bulb, while you're there you might as well change your front turn signals at the same time.
