Speed Channel is250 FSport Ugrade
Flipped on the speed channel this am and happened to catch the Two Guys Garage Show where they took a stock is250 and sported it out with all new fsport goodness! Pretty nice step by step from intake to exhaust to rotors! Thought I'd share:

aww man!! Sorry guys, I assumed it was the full episode! I just saw it's just the clip! It was a cool episode and they did a pretty good job replacing wheels, sways, rotors, calipers, intake, engine cover, exhaust suspension and even the oil cap! 
They definitely talked up the fsport quality. But they also were pretty complimentary of the car in general. In particular the sound dampening throughout the wheel wells and underside.
Not sure how to get the full episode clip
But if someone finds, it's def a nice tutorial!

i was shocked when i saw the episode, 'cause we all know speed is all about american muscle. i remember one time horsepower tv had a green civic, i almost fell off the chair, i couldnt believe what i was seeing
