I looked for a thread for this but came out short,

I was wondering if anyone has tried retrofitting the newest headlights (the one's with the LEDs on the bottom) to their IS that doesn't have them, and if you have done the retrofit, what is needed? (cables, wiring, coding?)

I'm in the process of updating the lights on my M5 and was wondering if this was possible on the 2IS as well.

I would say yes because Sewell Lexus is selling this as a conversion. To be extra sure contact CL member Sewell .

While the link is for 2007 its also available for 08,09 and 2010.
Register with them and during the registration process enter your CL user and you will get an additional and rather substantial discount.
