Default 2007 IS250 - battery arc'd. No turn signals & Alternator not charging. HELP!!

We have a 2007 Lexus IS250 and one of my guys put in a battery and either crossed cables or grounded it while doing the work. We now have no turn signals (dash or lights) and the alternator is not charging. Any ideas as to what was fried? I have tested fuses on both kick panels of the cabin and replace the long mega-fuse assembly in passenger front side of engine compartment. all other fuses under hood seem to be okay.
Did we lose one of the BCM's or are there other relays/fuses I am missing? Thanks for any help!

You need to diagnose every single module to make sure they are not fried. Ask that guy who screwed up to pay for it.
