Paint on the hood with small round crack?

Default Paint on the hood with small round crack?
I have few of this round crack spots on my hood. When you closer (sorry for the camera not clear enough) it has this small lines all over it. The round spot is about 1cm.

Anyone know why this happened?
Is this cover with warranty? Or I should just touch up myself?

BTW I tired to search on the forum, but I don't know what it call.

i would try touch-up paint first.

dunno but would rubbing compound be good for this? looks like a stain to me, stop doing it on the hood

agree, they look like some dry, cracked tree drops or just bird damage.

Probably just rock chip. I have a few, but they're mostly around the front edges.
