My question is will i have any problems with rubbing and will i have to mod my fenders. please help.
I can't speak on fitment for the Work setup but from what I gathered when trying to get my fitment was that it wouldn't be an issue for your dimensions. Since the offset is close to factory of a +45, putting a +38 is putting you a 1/4" closer to the fender which would still give you plenty of room.

My current setup is 18x10 +25 lowered on springs, 225/40 255/40 with occasional rubbing on harsh dips but I have no fender mods although I do plan on rolling the rears just a touch when I get my BC.

I had Avant Garde M310 on my car size was 18x8.5 +35 in the front, 18x9.5 +40 in the rear. The front was very good the tears however could have been pushed out a little more for a more flush figment, with your +38 it will be very nice. I also ran 225/40/18 front and 255/40/18. I was lowered about 1 finger gap all around and didn't have any problems, however when I got my coil overs the previous owner was lower and with my wheels I rubbed in the front on turns, only took it for a spin once at that height and raised the car right after that.

Thank you very much. It's just I have no finger gap for my rears and wonder if the 18x9.5 will poke out too much.

Do you have a picture of how low you were ? People said I should be fine but it really depends on how low I am. I don't want it to rub on every turn

Found one. I'm sure you will be fine, if you can imagine 1 finger gap between fender and top of tire.

I'm guessing with the new wheels. It'll stick out more than stock wheels. My car is much lower so I'll have to raise it

After driving in snow with my IS 250 couple times. I am considering snow tires.
It has stock F 225/45/17 and R 245/45/17. Would 215/60/16 fit on my IS250?
It would be almost an inch larger in diameter on the front and a half an inch on the back.

hey guys,

so I currently have a 2002 is300. I just bought 17x9 +25 offset rims, and I'm wondering what tires would be good to give me just a little stretched look?

I'm also lowered on BC coilovers BR type, no rolled fenders. hoping to find a look that will allow me keep my fenders unrolled. but if I have to, I can! let me know what's up.

I'm tucking about half my tire on 18 stock lobster claws. Can I fit these wheels with just a fender roll & possibly pull?

19x9.5 +22 with 225/35/19
19x10.5 +22 with 245/35/19

Thanks!

Those should work for you as they are not a very aggressive offsets. I am running a square setup on my is350 with 18X8.5 +35 running 255/35/18 on all corners. No rubbing and seems to work great. I am lowered to about 1.5 fingergap.
