Alarm installer in Phoenix area
Hey guys,
Man, am I pissed. I sprang for a viper 5701 a few months back and a few weeks after the install, it started falsing every time I armed the alarm. I took it back in, and they 'fixed' it, which lasted about 4 hours and now it has been doing it constantly for the last 2 months (I haven't had time to take it in again).
In the meantime, the 2 way pager died. It doesn't respond to button presses.
Yesterday I noticed some rattling under the dash of my steering wheel, so I took off the trim panel and BOOM! The brain, siren, and backup battery fall out, hanging from wires. Really f'ing great. This is an authorized viper installer, which apparently means absolutely nothing.
At any rate, I'm giving them one more chance to make it right tomorrow morning. I doubt they will since they are obviously a bunch of 7th graders.
Any suggestions as to where I can go to have them reinstall this thing?
