I am about to purchase 19'inch rims and i was just wondering if i need to buy a whole new set of tires or would the tires on the stock 18 alloy rims fit the 19inch rims that i am about to purchase??

No. you will have to buy 19" tires as well as the wheels.

You can't stretch the circumference of the tires.

However, you can stretch the width of your tires. Some people have done that with wider 18" wheels...

Hey wait guys... let's not rush to judgment. Can't you mount 18" tires on 19" rims IF you use a tire stretcher and compressed air? (I think that a left handed monkey wrench along with a liberal application of muffler grease helps too).
