Ok I'll describe exactly what happens with the MAF sensor plugged in properly.
As soon as I press the start button, immediately the car RPM jumps to 3k then down to 1.5k. 5 seconds later it goes all the way down to only 500RPM (.5k) then back up to 1.5k then down to 500RPM and again up and down. When this happens, this weird air noise comes from the engine. I defintely think some leak happened as mentioned above but I honestly tightened everything and did not disconnect one extra thing.
I'm going to have to get it towed to the dealership if this doesn't get fixed. Do you think this will be covered by warranty (I don't have any other mods and I put the stock intake back exactly how it was).

they wont cover this under warranty and there should be no reason you need to tow it in.

SUCCESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I really don't know what the problem was but I'm not even going to bother trying to find why. I for the last time reinstalled the stock intake and checked every single line and tightened them. When I started the car, again I got the same problems. THen doing what passnu2 suggested, after 5 tries, car RAN NORMALLY!!! I am so happy. Quick drive around and everything is fine.
THANKS EVERYONE!!!!!

just fyi if you reinstall Joez. My car died at start when i reset my battery, but after few tries it returns to normal.
Also, don't forget to manually power up all your windows after resetting.
Good luck. Keep us posted if you have any other issues.

Wonderful News!!!!
Thank you my fellow members for trouble shooting this issue..
I know in my instructions, I do not mention any FUSE removal, but I guess the DIY thread does...
Seems like your cars ECU took just a bit longer than average after the fuse was pulled to re-learn / re-set itself..
Usually its just one extra start up when the negative terminal is removed.
Also, NO CEL lights should ever come on during or after install.
Car / ACC setting must be completely OFF during the actual install.
At this point, you can now just swap the intake out again... No need to unplug anymore fuses..
Enjoy

I sold iskcon that intake and was surprised to read of a problem with it.
Glad to see problem solved,iskcon.
I never pulled a fuse or disconnected the battery with the install and never had any problem.
Passnu2 and many others here really know their schit about these cars.

Alright want to mention that I installed the JoeZ with no problems this time. I did not touch the fuses or anything and simply swapped the intake.
But to confirm:
1) is the JoeZ intake supposed to be shorter and angled a bit differently?
2) So neither end of the JoeZ pipe should be touching either the throttle end or the air box right? Pretty much it should be almost half way inserted between the sleeves (if that makes sense to people). It seems that it takes a bit of effort to angle the JoeZ intake.
Let me know if I did anything wrong. Again, thanks for all the help.
Here are a few pictures (yes....completely crappy)
1. Picture without sleeves. As you can see, I'm holding one end of the pipe directly touching the airbox portion and you can see it's shorter and angle is little off. I'm guessing that's normal?
2. Airbox end
3. Throttle End
4. Although it may not be that clear, the sleeve is shifted to the left alittle bit. This is again the throttle end.
