Does it shake all the time? Does it shake hard where the cars rocks side to side?
Sometime the car do shake. The automaker call it a lean-idle misfire. They try to lean out at idle to reduce emissions and save gas at a stop light. My 250 has idled weird twice in the last year. It doesnt happen for a long time tho.
Hope it helps!

I've had the RPMs dip and the engine vibrate like it's about to stall. It's happened to me a couple times, always at a red light. I've asked the dealer to check it out a couple times when I was in for service, they came back each time and said they found nothing wrong.

Yeah, it's happened to me. My friend in the passenger seat noticed it first. Thought it was weird, but I just engaged and released the clutch and the vibration went away. I think you can do the same by putting your transmission into neutral.

mine has done the same thing to me a handful of times and i'm now at 40k. said something to the dealer yesterday about it when i was in for an oil change since it happened again that morning. they checked the computer for any codes it may have thrown but found nothing. they said i most likely have carbon build up and also need the injectors cleaned. they suggested a throttle body cleaning and injectors cleaned. i say a bunch of b.s.! the car is too young for all of that and i only use premium fuel since i got it brand new. what do you all think?

Bad gas can also cause this. Ethanol is absolute crap. Swings in temperature can cause condensation which reacts with the crappy ethanol. Ever taken out a gas tank that has been used for a log time with ethanol? Nasty.
