Radar Cruise Control and PCS

Is is even possible to get the IS with radar cruise and PCS in the US? How about California? Anyone here have it?

Yes, It was pretty rare but there are cars in the US with that option

mostly you need to order the car to get those options, its very, very rare to find
one
