Vibration in steering wheel!

Not every rim or tire shop has road force machine. I've used once at a alignment school.

Well I called lexus corp. and told them of my issue. The Lexus Field Engineer came ot my office and picked up my car. They drove it and said it was within "lexus specs" . I then called back to lexus corporate and spoke with the "manager" she informed me that I could no longer talk to them and that I needed to call NCDS? I have since inquired to a lawyer so we will see. I just think it is ****ty of Lexus to basically throw their hands up and say...don't contact us call them (NCDS)
