Went to one of our partner dealers here in SOFLA (remember that I live in Miami and I was picking my car in Clearwater...)

Anyway, one of my co-workers, is the account executive for Lexus of Palm Beach. I mentioned him that I was looking for an IS and he said: "let me talk to one of my guys"

Well, Ted from LPB, called me and said he will do anything to get my business. and he did.

What I got was an IS250, manual transmission, tungsten, black interior, 18" wheels (I think that every single IS comes with that here in SFLA!), rear trunk spoiler and trunk mat/net, etc. He even beat my OTD price from my Dealer in clearwater by $400!

Left a $500 deposit and will pick it up tomorrow!

I'm excited! I want it black but tungsten is really nice... besides I drive 100 miles highway everyday and a buch of dump trucks will destroy the great look of black in no time.... (not that it won't happen on tungsten but you will notice it less...)

Now, I just need the HID kit, the ipod cables/chargers/ and the red vinyl thing...

remember that this price is because we are partners.

They gave me a kind of "employee pricing' which was $30,400 OTD

That's even including the $599 dealer fee.

There's a difference between "want" and "can"

i will probably want all the options but that car was sitting there and ready... no waiting.

I really wanted the sports package (just for the HID's) but it will take the 4-9 weeks...

So I guess HID kit!
