Does anyone know?
Does anyone know if Lexus is going to make an IS 2 door coupe in the near future? I would really like to know if their are any plans for that. If there is, is there any photos of it.
Thanks guys

No one knows that for sure, probably not even Lexus themselves, at this
point.. Also please try to be more specific in your message title, in the
future, thanks.

you may know by Monday?
Who knows, Toyota may pull a surprise and show the coupe on Sunday during their press launch at the Detroit auto show. But then again, they may wait until a little later in the year as to not steal the thunder from the new LS.
Regardless, it seems highly likely there will be one as there's a hardtop/convertible expected as part of the model mix.

I was told by the dealership while ordering mine that a coupe is in the works and that it will debut 3 model years after the sedan with a convertible following 1 year later. I guess we won't know for sure until the time comes.

Bummer (although the new LS is a beauty).
Looks like an IS and GS hopped in bed and this was the result.
It wouldn't make sense to upstage their premier sedan. I'll wager they'll show it in Geneva. They said they would announce the "technical" details of the new LS there and the hybrid version in Chicago. And since there isn't a snowballs chance they'll announce the new ES in Geneva, it would be the obvious spot to announce the IS coupe -- they need something to crow about -- and what better place than on the European's own turf.
We'll keep waiting...
