hey i just tried this mod and my nav seems to be disabled. i get this screen when i turn it on and i even put the wires back to the way they were and i still get this screen. everything else seems to work ok. can anyone tell me what i did wrong

also do yu have to cap the wire our can you just snip the off and tape them up. i jumped the pink wire to the white and silver wire below it and just left the wire cut to test things out before i put it all back in the dash to make sure it worked. but it still seemed to not left me access the menus while moving

it wont work none of the menu screens work. i can get to the audio but not the nav menu at all
all the buttons dont respond . man i wish i would have skipped this mod now lol. i hope this is nothing major

can you go to the info screen? if you can? in the info screen on the right top has MAP icon or DVD icon press that icon and it will take you to eject dvd screen, if not thing respond try to pull out the radio fuse or tv fuse which ever fuses relate to radio unit remove them and put them back and try to go back to that screen to see the touch screen is respond? good luck

man this drives me nuts when i see so many success and i gotta be the one with issues and i bet its something stupid.

ok so i got the hack working right i can drive down the street and change the songs i knew i did the wiring correct the only thing is the nav isnt working its stay on that see the dealer screen like it lost all the software or needs a update. i ejected the disc and tried that nav update thing but i got nothing anyone that can chime in and point me in the right direction it will be much appriciated thanks fellas

yeah same thing i was thinking ... i knew i did the hack right. the only thing i did do is unhook the battery and then this happened. i am gonna try to find someone with a disk or something to see if that works. i believe i have the latest nav disc but like you said something might have went wrong. i am thinking of trying the dealer and seeing if they are nice enough to try a disc for me. i left the clock off so i can get to it easily .
