Ok, is the white wire with the silver on it that you have to cut on the little 24 pin plug directly next to the J50? If so where do you have to cut it and what do you need to do to it? because on the plug closest to the passenger side there is only one white wire and it doesn't have any silver on it. But the little plug that is in the middle has a little white wire with silver on it in the #4 hole not #16 which someone said earlier. Thanks.

Can you be so kind as to reply with the link on how to do the software override??
thanx ..

07 IS350 Navigation Override
Some one please Help, I have 07 IS350 with ML. I cut the Light pink wire on Connector J50 and the White with Silver on connector P1. Exactly how it show on "https://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-second-generation/193739-navigation-hack-diy-part-one-enable-dvd-phonebook-and-mp3-folder-while-moving.html". I also Ground the red cable on connector j50. I now have the light on my dash for the ebrake on and when Im driving I am not able to enter an address. So this didn't work for me. Is there a second speed wire.

I did just like in the picture. I connected the white with silver wire with the light pink wire. Also since I ground the Red wire is the brake light always going to stay on.
