So as the number increases, e.g. 8K, the quality of light decreases?
What about the color? The higher the number, the bluer or more white light?

As the number increases the amount of light projected becomes smaller...As for the color, it gets blue-er and the numbers increase...

i have yellow fog lights to beging with, and my bulb is actually producing blue output, at the begging you when i turn on my lights, its actually green when mixing blue and yellow.. then it'll take more yellow color as film inside of fog lights is yellow.
