i called a local dealer today....and the guy said and I am quoting "the next gen IS will be based on teh lsc/lss platfrom. this platform will have a wagon version. thus i think you buying the IS sportcross will be a mistake, since a new one is right around the corner. I suggest you lease on and then you can step up to the new one, when it comes."
that was from keyes lexus.
lastly, when are the new IS going on sale, just curious? I know the GS is for sale in spring I think.

Seriously? They are going to premiere the new IS at a dealership rather than first at an auto show? Is that odd or is it just me?
