Default Self Tanner on Leather Seats

Alright this may sound rediculous but here it goes. I have a 2008 Lexus is250. I have the grey interior, and I am a fan of self tanner. Over time the seats have gotten a green tint of them, from what I'm assuming is from the self tanner. I can post a pic if needed. I've tried everything, Macguier's leather wipes: which have helped bring off the green, but not as much as I'd like. I've also used Macguier's leather conditioner/cleaner spray and creamy consistency conditioner. If anyone can offer some advice as to what I should do, please let me know I'm desperate!!! Should I just give up the DIY and go to a detailer? Thank you in advance.
