Default fender problemss

So when i first lowered my car i pulled in a parking lot and I went slide ways a but the tire still rubbed on the fender and it made the fender pop out. Im not sure how to describe it but like the part that holds the fender lining popped out and i have to hammer it back in so that it is completely flat on the lining. So i had to hammer it back into place and it was fine until i got a new fender and the same problem happened to me again. Does that mean i needa roll my fenders?

I cut a good part of my front fender lining.
Can easily cut it with a box cutter..

If they do it right (use heatgun) it wont chip.

on all base/clear vehicles though you have a 30 to 90 day period where all the solvents trapped in the paint still have to come out right after a fresh paint job. so it could be dangerous rolling it this early. I would wait 1-3 months before attempting it.

i have to get my fenders rolled, the only thing is the metal popped out so i think i gotta get a new fender! Is there a fender out there with a precut sidemarker hole that doesnt look to crazy?? I like the JDM look, not the crazy wide fender look....
