Default Buying 03 IS300

My buddy is planning to buy a used 2003 IS300, what are a few things that he should be looking for? and do you guys think this is a good deal?

I'm wondering why the miles are in Kilometers, unless that was meant to be the mileage. If that's the case then the price is a bit high unless the 90K service has already been done. Either way I'd say it's worth 11,500/12K tops.

It's a Canadian car. So is there any important things I need to look for when he goes to check the car out?

That's like 56K on the car. You should have no issues.
