Tires!
What's the best out there, for my all stock IS?
Smoothest ride and longest lasting tread in city, are the only things I'm worried about.
I've only ran Dunlops...

I'm running Michelin Pilot Sport A/S Plus and they are the best tires I've had on the IS (crappy stock Bridgestones, Continental ContiExtrememContact). Smooth ride, treadwear rated at 500, and they handle great.

Depends on what seasons you need to be prepared for
I just went through the tire process and since I live in Chicago where it's been known to snow into April I went with and all season continential dws
so far we have have quite a bit of snow and they are amaZing compared to the stock michalins
