max. bulb wattage for foglights

I have an h3 foglight and I'm wondering if it will be ok to put a 100 watt bulb in it? I'm not worried about the wiring just about the foglight itself.

55W... Your gonna burn your wire/connector running anything higher.

My 2cents = Save up money and buy HIDs
