Anyone know how to remove the rear speaker out? I want to replace the read speaker and put something better in it. Also, any speaker suggestion?

rear speaker
i had MB QUART in my is 200 and they were fine, however to remove the shealf is a little involved but easy,
1/ remove seat base
2/ remove seat back (should just slide up and out)
3/ remove rear 3/4 panels on both sides
4/ remove rear shelf disconect rear brake light cable(if fitted) and speaker cables
5/ undo screws that hold down speaker covers
Voila
if the IS300 has the same system the speakers are fed by two cables 1 for tweeter and 1 for midrange
when fitting new speakers DO NOT fit the tweeter cable as it will make the new speaker sound ******
best to fit twoway speakers.
hope this helps ,it sounds harder than it is
