i would like to know the max speed that 2nd gear reaches on the e shift mode in the is300..
when you start out, your in 2nd already...so exactly what happens to 1st gear??? when it is in 2nd, does it switch between 1st and 2nd for you?? of does it just go to the red line then you have to switch to 3rd??? please help me on this....thnx

When using e-shift your not telling the trans what gear to use. Your merely giving it a range of gears it can use. When in 2, you only have 1st and 2nd. When in 3, you only have 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. etc....

max speed in 2nd gear .... hmmm I never looked.. but I will now... and devildog hit it on the nose as far as explaining the E shift ... coulds't have said it better myself...

i knew how the e shift worked, i was jsut wondering about the max speed for 2nd gear....

( i have it at about 50 mph... if you ahve an IS300, check to see if that is about right....) thanks again..

p.s. is the RMM front grill any good???
i wanna change some stuff on my car, but i have a 7 yr warranty
also, if i were to get an exhaust, which is a good one?? i heard that RMM makes one for about 600 ( bolt on), but is there a better one you IS guys would recommend???? thanks...
