Here are mine:

High Throttle Settings (50%)
<3000rpm - 0%
3000rpm - 0%
3400rpm - +3%
3800rpm - +1%
4200rpm - -7%
4600rpm - -11%
5000rpm - -10%
5400rpm - -9%
5800rpm - -9%
6200rpm - -11%
6600rpm - +1%
>6600rpm - +1%

I did not change any of the low throttle settings. The guy who set mine up said that the ECU takes over at low settings so it is not worth changing. Here is what I have for mods:

'03 E-Shift
PLP Silent Flow Intake
TRD Filter
Toyomoto Gen 1 Headers (Stock Y Pipe)
HKS Ti Limited Exhaust

I highly recomment getting to a dyno and check the #'s out. You should do a dyno with no adjustments. Any tuner worth a **** can get it done with no numbers in 4-5 pulls max. If you have a manual transmission DO NOT USE THE #'s ABOVE. They are totally different.

It shouldn't make a difference that you have a manual tranny. You should really just take the car to get tuned properly.

Scott provided some general numbers like you asked for above, but that doesn't mean it's the best for your car as you know. I think an hour of tuning should be enough to tune a SAFC.

What year is your car? You will need to know the ECU pin-outs for your model year; 2001 is different than 2002+. The SAFC should come with instructions on which ECU signals to tap.
