I was seriously considering it for a while but once I started calling around to find out where to get nitrogen refills I started to lose hope. This was in metropolitan LA too. Paintball shops didn't use nitrogen anymore and said that was a misnomer anyway. Plus another issue at the time was that the owner was having some personal issues and wasn't able to manage things (like buyer questions etc). I don't know if that's cleared up. Lastly you've got to consider physical space, if you're putting it in a small area.
Basically unless you have easy access to a nitrogen tank and a mother bottle it's going to make your refill process tedious unless you maybe run a bottle heater in conjunction when the NANO is empty. I remember something about using compressed air instead of nitrogen, but your standard garage compressed air tank isn't powerful enough to fill the NANO tank.
Personally I don't think the amount of nitrous you're spraying is a big factor (big or small), with any shot you want as close to 100% dispersion to keep A/F ratios in check, so it's really the best solution if you can manage it.
