Oh yeah ofcoarse it is, and there are many pro touring cars with bags, that have competed to prove the systems.

I dont know the exact weight. I have a 5 gal tank and 2 compressors in the spare tire area. Maybe 30lbs? Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
