Anyone else with this? (front bumper cover gap)
So I tried everything and it's still there, I've swapped the brackets and I've swapped bumpers, I've also replaced the bolts and clips to see if that works in the end Idk what else to do so if anyone has solved this problem please help a member out

I have it, but didn't before doing the LED headlight retrofit recently. More so on the passenger side than the driver side. It is barely noticeable but bothers me since it wasn't there before. I noticed my brackets flex downwards when the bumper is attached, which I am assuming is because they don't attach to the headlights with all three screws. I'm not sure if I dremeled too much away when modifying the brackets or what.
For now, I went ahead and ordered the brackets that actually fit the headlights and am hoping that fixes the problem for me.
Do you have a front lip? I'm assuming not since you mention swapping bumpers, but the only other thing I did at the time that may have had some effect is add on the Aeroworkz splitters.

There is also two other brackets that are bolted to the side of the fenders.
Not just the headlight brackets.
I have the same thing and suspect they are the culprits....also check to make sure that the parking sensor wires and or headlamp washer internal wiring and routing of hoses is not interfering with the bumper position

Well I think I am going to order some new front brackets again because looking at diggers photo his are pretty snug to the headlights as mines aren't. Mines are actually sagging even though I just bought them a couple months ago probably because the body shop bolted them down too tight when I swapped bumpers.

So I got my brackets today. I specifically requested those that match the 2011+ LED headlights but was still sent those that mount to the 2008-2010 headlights. Is there a separate part# for the newer brackets? All I see is 5211553042 no matter what year IS-F I select. I'm not sure how I can explain this when ordering to where I can guarantee getting the correct ones.
Or, are the headlights that Sewell sends out mounted differently than those that actually come on the 2011-2014 ISFs (ie. the brackets are the same 2008-2014)?

i think anyone that did the headlight upgrade will have a gap somewhere if they modified their oem bracket or bought a new one..
