Brembo "Coated" Rotors
I searched on these key words and wasn't able to find anything specific to my question which is this...are direct OEM replacements or are they some sort of knock-off that are using the right key-words? Same rotors found http://www.partsgeek.com/catalog/2008/lexus/is_f/brake/brake_rotor.html and I'm just curious what is meant by "Brembo Brake Disc Coated" since there seems to be emphasis on it? Sorry if this has already been covered and I couldn't find it but I assure you I did search. Thanks in advance.

I searched around and there are other vendors sell the same Name & part #. On Brembo's site there is no such number. In fact, it's a completely different type of number.Non alpha-numeric, etc.

I'm not sure of that p/n on Parts Geek but I believe the "Coated" term is referring to UV coated rotors. The description can be found on Brembo's website here: http://www.bremboparts.com/us/produc...v-coated-discs
Click on "Catalogue" to find the Brembo p/n.
I know this because I recently purchased a set for the rear and found the p/n on Brembo's site

I'd like to see the same rotors after a weekend on the F at Carolina Motorsports Park.
