Just trying to get a consensus on what owners use in their F? Synthetic or good old regular Dino oil? What does Lexus recommend, and does anybody use anything other than the 5W30 that is recommended?

Cool, how often you change your oil?

That's what I've been using for a while now, how long have you been using RP's oils?

Don't know a lot about Motul, I have heard of it, what do you think of their oil?

I use mobile 1 5w30, used to change every 5k miles, after reviewing this oil thread I will likely just replace every 10k miles.

I actually just did a oil change. I use Mobil 1 5w30 and Toyota filter. I drive around 7500 miles a year so I do it every 6 months. My 2012 only has 14k miles.

Lexus recommends standard conventional oil. That's what I use and change it every
3000-5000 KM depending on how I drive the car.

I use Motul 5w-30 and Mobil 1 5w-30. Never had a problem with either.

I'll be doing my second change this weekend (I've had the car since October) so far 4k miles apart, I period pull the dipstick to see how it's changing. I feel comfortable changing at 3500-4k knowing that I have a lead foot and love the sound of a pts exhaust roaring as you rip through gears!
